The agency specializes in managing critical assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder activism, restructurings, litigation, and reputation management. Prior to Gagnier Communications, Daniel Gagnier served as Partner and Managing Director at Sard Verbinnen & Co from March 2000 to April 2016.
