Russell Jacobs is an experienced professional in the fields of art, history, and curatorial practices, currently serving as a Gallery Intern at Gagosian since September 2024. Previously, Jacobs held roles as a Research Assistant at Holocaust Museum LA, focusing on refugee populations in Los Angeles, and as a Curatorial Intern at the University of Michigan Museum of Art, where research and acquisitions were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes a postgraduate program in Art Crime and Cultural Heritage Preservation in Italy, graphic design for exhibitions, and research roles in various educational and nonprofit organizations. Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and History of Art with a minor in Museum Studies from the University of Michigan, alongside international study at Sorbonne Université.
