Kathy Leo has extensive experience in the field of environmental engineering and project management, currently serving as Business Sector Manager and Director of Private Development at GAI Consultants, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to GAI Consultants, Kathy held the position of Vice President at Atkins from 1993 until October 2017, where project experience included large mixed-use developments and energy projects. Kathy holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
