Margaret Barbati Brenner

Margaret (Peg) Barbati Brenner, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at GAI Consultants, Inc. since August 2014, Margaret manages a wide range of HR activities and provides strategic support to the management team. Previously, Margaret held the position of Director of Compensation at Polk County Public Schools, overseeing compensation processes for approximately 13,000 employees. Past roles also include Human Resource Manager positions at Sherwin Williams, Chemical Containers, Inc., and Cutler Manufacturing Corporation, among others. Margaret holds an MBA in Business and a BA in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Warner University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Polk State College.
