Patricia Racz

Patricia Racz possesses extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at GAI Consultants, Inc. since June 2016. Prior to this role, Patricia worked at EDMC from March 2010 to June 2016 as an IT Trainer II, focusing on new hire training and professional development for Technical Support Analysts, including leading a merger of technical support departments. From October 2004 to March 2010, Patricia held the position of Training Delivery and Development Specialist at PRC, LLC, where innovative sales training initiatives were developed that significantly improved productivity and reduced operational costs. Academically, Patricia holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and Training from Argosy University Phoenix, a Master of Science in Education from Duquesne University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Psychology from Carlow University.
