Caroline Viles has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. Caroline began their career as a Tennis Coach for the Lawn Tennis Association in 2005. In 2008, they joined the Royal Air Force (RAF) as an Officer Cadet. In 2011, they were a Summer Intern at J.P. Morgan. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Shell in various roles, including Commercial Finance Adviser, Treasury Analytics, and Economist, Upstream M&A. In 2015, they were a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst at Petroleum Development Oman. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Monzo Bank in various roles, including Director of Commercial Finance, Interim Treasurer, Senior Manager - Finance Projects, and Finance Analyst. Most recently, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Cypher Coders and is currently the Financial Director at Gaia.
Caroline Viles holds a CGMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an Economics BSc (Hons) from UCL, and has studied Maths, Further Maths, Economics, and Chemistry at St John Fisher Catholic High School in Yorkshire.
