Charlotte Balnave has a wealth of experience in the business world, spanning from 2008 to the present. Charlotte began their career as a Strategic Partnerships intern at Paramount Pictures in 2008. Charlotte then worked as a Screenwriter at Twentieth Century Fox in 2010. In the same year, they were Head of Operations at BERTHA DOCHOUSE LIMITED, where they successfully built and launched the UK's first documentary cinema. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Management Consultant at PwC, where they were a Strategy and Operations Consultant across Healthcare and TMT. Charlotte then moved on to Strategy&, where they were an M&A Strategy Manager, advising PE and Corporate clients on global M&A transactions worth over $500M. In 2017, they became the Strategy & Partnerships Lead at babylon health, where they led the company's international expansion across APAC and EMEA. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Investor at Atomico and The Raine Group. In 2020, they were a Product & Partnerships at Hey Jane. Currently, they are the Head Of Partnerships at Gaia, where they are helping those who want to build their family plan, pay for and protect their IVF journey, making IVF more accessible for more people.
Charlotte Balnave graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Film. Charlotte then attended Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2020, earning their Master of Business Administration.
