Sara Kemppainen

Sara Kemppainen is a skilled business developer currently working at Prolific Machines Inc. since October 2023, specializing in advancing biotechnology through innovative applications of light. Previously, Sara held roles at Fifty Years, where responsibilities included leading special projects and operations, founding a fast grant program focused on women's reproductive health and climate research, and supporting technology entrepreneurs. As Project Lead for Repro Grants, Sara worked to enhance understanding of female reproductive biology, while serving as Head of Program at Slush, Sara curated content for startup founders. Furthermore, Sara founded Women in Innovation and Leadership, promoting gender equality and professional development, and participated in various initiatives including the Institute for Accountability in the Digital Age and G(irls)20.
