Alberto Palomo

Alberto Palomo serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at the Gaia-X Association for Data and Cloud (AISBL) and previously held the position of Chief Data Officer for the Government of Spain within the Ministerio de Transformación Digital. Alberto has extensive experience as a Lead Data Scientist and Architect at AVANGRID and contributed as a Senior Researcher for the AI Hardware Acceleration Platform at Huawei under contract. Additionally, Alberto completed a postdoctoral research position at Universidad Austral de Chile.
