Kristin Frank

Kristin Frank has had a long and successful career in the media and technology industries. Kristin began their career in 1988 as an Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development at Heller Financial, which was later sold to GE. In 1991, they were appointed General Manager of the Midwest at Specialized Bicycle Components. Kristin then joined ViacomCBS in 1995, where they held a variety of roles, including COO of the MTV portfolio, Executive Vice President and Head of Digital for the Music and Entertainment Division, General Manager of MTV & VH1 Digital Media, and Regional Vice President of Content Distribution and Marketing. In 2013, they joined Gaia Inc. as a Board Director, and in 2018 they joined Brightcove and AdPredictive as a Board Director and Chief Executive Officer, respectively. In 2021, they were appointed to the Board of Directors of The Beachbody Company.

Kristin Frank received their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, Finance from the University of Iowa. Kristin then attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
