Sierra Karcz-Lumley

Sierra Karcz-Lumley has held various positions throughout their career. In 2021, they began working as an International Digital Operations Coordinator for Gaia Inc. Prior to that, they were a Development Coordinator and Events Assistant at Serve Denton from 2019-2021, an Events Intern at Serve Denton in 2018, a Cocktail Server at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts from 2017-2018, and a Server at Restaurant Palios from 2015-2017. While working as a Cocktail Server, they provided exceptional guest service, trained newly hired employees, and made above average tips every night. As a Server at Restaurant Palios, they provided exceptional guest service, trained peers as part of the on boarding process, and worked 20 hours per week while attending school full time.

Sierra Karcz-Lumley attended the University of North Texas from 2016 to 2019, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
