Stephen Cefalo

Stephen Cefalo has a long history of work experience in the art and design industry. Stephen started as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington in 2003 and then moved on to become an Assistant Professor at the Art Academy of Cincinnati in 2004. In 2006, they became an Artist in Residence at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and then an Instructor at the Arkansas Arts Center in 2010. In 2012, they were promoted to Professor of Drawing at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In 2015, they worked as a Painter for Jeff Koons. From 2007 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Columnist for the Artist's Magazine at F+W Media, Inc. In 2017, they worked as an Animator and visual development artist at Gaia Inc. and in 2018 they worked as a Freelance Artist at Cefalo Studio and a Comic Book Artist at Sphere Being Alliance.

Stephen Cefalo received their MFA in Painting from Indiana University Bloomington in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their BFA in Illustration, Painting, and Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in 1999.
