Ryan Hazlehurst

Dr. Ryan Hazlehurst grew up in Forsyth, Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. After completing his undergraduate studies, he completed his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where he made the Dean’s list, was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Society, and graduated with honors. He is currently an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.

After practicing in Dallas,Texas for several years, Dr. Hazlehurst returned to the Midwest and joined Gailey Eye Clinic in 2018. He provides primary eye care including routine eye exams, specialty contact lens services, treatment and management of ocular diseases, and pre/post-operative care.
