Tanvi Amin

Tanvi Amin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as General Counsel at GAIN since July 2025. Prior to this, Tanvi held the position of Head of Legal at Davies - Consulting Division from January 2020 to July 2025, and worked as Senior Legal Counsel (Interim) at Informa from July 2018 to December 2019. Experience also includes a role as Senior Lawyer (Interim) at Barclays, and Head of Legal at Mota-Engil. Tanvi spent time as a Legal Consultant while self-employed and gained valuable expertise as a Knowledge Management Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, coupled with experience as a Senior Associate at Bracewell LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills. Tanvi holds a BA Honours and MA (Oxon) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and completed the Legal Practice Course; also licensed to practice law in New York State since 2006.
