Ashruf Mukadam

Ashruf Mukadam is the current Chief of Staff at GAIN Credit. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Strategy (Interim) at The Cambridge Building Society from November 2020 to June 2021. Mukadam has also led digital transformations for Wesleyan across sales, servicing and back-office as the Head of Digital Strategy & Transformation from January 2018 to May 2020, and Head of Digital from September 2014 to January 2018. Before Wesleyan, Mukadam was the Senior Global Digital Strategy Manager at Barclays from July 2009 to January 2011, and Head of Digital Propositions & Capability from January 2011 to September 2014.

Ashruf Mukadam has completed a Senior Leaders Program at Ashridge Executive Education and also holds a BCom from The University of Birmingham.
