Nallan Suresh is currently the Chief Analytics & Data Officer at GAIN Credit. Nallan has previously held various analytics-related positions at companies such as Slacker, SurveyMonkey, Experian, and FICO.

Suresh began their career in 2000 as a Director at FICO. Nallan then moved to Experian in 2006, where they served as Director for two years before joining SurveyMonkey in 2008. At SurveyMonkey, Suresh built an analytics/BI team from the ground up to analyze streaming online music data, user behavior, and demographics to provide actionable insights and KPI (Marketing Analytics, Ad targeting, LTV, ROI). In 2012, they left SurveyMonkey to join Slacker as Vice President of Analytics and BI.

At Slacker, Suresh continued their work with predictive modeling of customer funnel (online music listeners and subscribers) to optimize acquisition, improve engagement, conversion and retention, and reduce churn –Mobile and Web platforms. Nallan also performed sentiment analysis using customer feedback and posts in social media, and developed Slacker EQ – a ranking method for tracks based on listener interaction, akin to Billboard’s Top Hits (Patented). Suresh remained at Slacker until 2014 before joining GAIN Credit as Chief Analytics & Data Officer.

Nallan Suresh received their PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Nallan also has an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Their manager is Chris Deboer, President & CEO. They are on a team with Tony Vilches - Director, Accounting, Sathyanarayana Jayaprakash - Director, Customer Operations, and Richard Noad - CTO.
