Danika Ransom

Danika Ransom has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Danika began their career as a Senior Paralegal at the Law Office of Jeffrey Flynn in 2008 and held this position until December 2013. Following this, they joined Progressive Insurance as a Claims Adjuster from January 2014 to August 2015. In November 2015, they moved to the Internal Revenue Service as a Customer Service Specialist, where they worked until June 2016.

In 2016, Danika joined Gain Servicing where they held multiple roles. Danika started as a Case Manager from June 2016 to December 2017, then transitioned to become the Risk Manager from December 2017 to February 2020. From February 2020 to December 2020, they served as the Director of Risk Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations at Gain Servicing, which they have been serving since January 2021.

Danika Ransom attended North Carolina Central University from 2000 to 2004. Danika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government during their time at the university.
