Karen Kaufman

Karen Kaufman is an experienced professional in strategic leadership and business development, currently serving as Global Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner - Americas at Gain Theory since April 2015. Prior to this role, Kaufman was Managing Partner at GroupM Consulting and held key positions at Maxus, including Global Product Development Director and Global Business Development Director, where responsibilities included product innovation and driving business growth. Kaufman also led Mindshare's North American analytic practice, utilizing advanced analytics to enhance client ROI. Earlier experience includes providing support services to homeless youth at Larkin Street Youth Services. Kaufman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
