Odmir Aguiar

Odmir Aguiar, PhD, DMin, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Administrative Director at Plural Minds Therapy since February 2023. With a strong background in education, Odmir has been an S.T.E.M. Educator at Gainesville City Schools since June 2019, teaching various mathematics and geology courses to high school students. Prior roles include serving as the Educational & Cultural Attaché for the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2015 to 2019, where Odmir promoted Brazilian culture and improved customer service standards. Additional experience includes consultancy in engineering and project management with the Brazilian Army and various governmental organizations. Odmir holds a PhD in Ocean Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and continues to enhance expertise in psychoanalysis and psychopedagogy through ongoing education.
