David Nanny

David Nanny is an experienced theater director currently serving at Gainesville ISD since December 2023. With a career that began in 1978 as an actor, David has also held significant roles in various industries, including a kitchen and bath designer at The Home Depot from June to December 2023, and general manager and baker at Crumbl Cookies from February to October 2023. Prior to these roles, David worked for Northside ISD from 2002 to 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Theatre Arts Instructional Supervisor and teacher. David holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Master of Arts in Theatre Education from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater from Angelo State University.
