Dave Jacobs

Dave Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dave began their career as a Branch Manager at Sunstate Federal Credit Union from 1994 to 2002. Dave then worked at the University of Florida, where they held various roles including Administrative Assistant, Sr Accountant, Administrative Specialist II, and Manager of Health Care Administration. Dave was responsible for coordinating data management for two provider networks, maintaining databases, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. In 2006, they became the Choral Director at Barbergators Chorus, a male barbershop chorus, where they led rehearsals and coordinated performance repertoires. Dave also served as the District Vice President of Chorus Director Development at Sunshine District - Barbershop Harmony Society from 2010 to 2015, where they organized educational events and coached musical directors. Currently, they are working as a Lead Business Analyst at Gainesville Regional Utilities, having previously served as a Senior Business Analyst.

Dave Jacobs attended the University of Florida from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
