Russ Ingram

Supervising Engineer at Gainesville Regional Utilities

Russ Ingram has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Russ began their career as a Chief Design Engineer at Commercial Metals Company (SMI Joist) in 2001. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Project Engineer at Brown & Cullen. In 2007, they joined Gainesville Regional Utilities, where they served as an Engineer IV until 2010, before being promoted to Supervising Engineer. During this time, they also served as an Advisory Board Member at CRA from 2007 to 2013.

Russ Ingram completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in the years 1994-2000. Russ then pursued higher education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in the years 2005-2007.
