Lauren Jans

Lauren Jans has a diverse work experience, having held positions at six different companies. Her most recent position is as Head of Product Innovation at Gainful, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were Director, Research and Development at SmartSweets from 2018-2022, R&D and Innovation Manager at SmartSweets from 2018-2021, R&D and Innovation Specialist at SmartSweets from 2018-2020, R&D Product & Process Developer at Mondelēz International from 2016-2018, Brewing and Operations at Mill Street Brewery from 2015-2016, and R&D Product Development (Internship) at Mondelēz International from 2013-2015. Before that, they held an R&D Food Technologist (Internship) position at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from 2012-2013.

Lauren Jans attended the University of Guelph from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science - Honours, Co-op.
