Ashley Vallett

Ashley Vallett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, partnership management, and advocacy. As the Founder and CEO of Technacity Group since November 2019, Ashley leads initiatives to build inclusive teams for early-stage startups, emphasizing diversity and innovation. Ashley serves as an Ambassador for Women in Games, promoting a fair and safe gaming environment for women globally. As a Member of Gaingels, Ashley supports venture investments advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community. In the role of Corporate Partnerships and Alliances Chair at WITI, Ashley fosters collaboration in technology sectors. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at SMCI and M.E. Weaver & Associates, as well as Account Executive and Manager roles at DISYS and Insight Global. Ashley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Palomar College.
