Jessica M. Friedman

Jessica Friedman is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at GAINSCO since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading teams in product development, sales, and corporate marketing to drive performance in the non-standard insurance market. Prior to this role, Jessica held various leadership positions at GAINSCO, including Vice President of Field Operations and Vice President of Field Operations for the Southwest Region. Jessica's career also includes significant contributions at The Auto Club Group as AVP of Field Sales and Service Growth Initiatives and extensive experience at Allstate, where roles spanned from West Territory Field Admin Director to Actuarial Analyst and Manager. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Butler University.
