Joshua David Shipman

Joshua David Shipman has extensive experience in claims management, real estate investment, and operational analysis within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Claims Operations Manager at GAINSCO since November 2015, Joshua leads Express Claims and manages vendor relations for offsite FNOL groups while overseeing a substantial team of managers, adjusters, and support staff. Joshua has been a real estate investor since June 2013, effectively managing a portfolio that involves risk analysis and budget controls. Previous roles include Analysis Team Manager at International General Insurance, where Joshua established processes for data evaluation across various departments, and Catastrophe Manager at Progressive Insurance, overseeing a large team and staff development. Joshua's educational background includes an MBA in International from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.
