Kimberly Borcherding

Kimberly Borcherding is an experienced compliance professional with a comprehensive background in insurance and legal services. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at GAINSCO since September 2018, Kimberly has progressed through various roles including Sr. Compliance Analyst and Compliance Analyst, focusing on legislative research, policy creation, and compliance reviews. Previously, Kimberly worked at Central Insurance Companies as a Claims Service Representative and at Nationwide as a Sr. Claims Representative and Claims Specialist, where responsibilities included investigating claims and negotiating recoveries. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa.
