Nicole M. Dalal

Nicole Dalal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and human resources. Currently serving as Chief Customer Experience Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Policy Operations at GAINSCO since November 2011, Nicole has also held positions as Human Resources Manager at both GAINSCO and Pogue Construction, where expertise in HR was demonstrated from June 2007 to November 2011. Nicole's career began in retail management as a Store Manager at Office Depot from August 1999 to January 2006, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Language Computer Corporation from January 2006 to June 2007. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business and Marketing from Texas Tech University, completed in 1999.
