Roxanne Tieman

Roxanne Tieman has extensive experience in workforce management and call center operations. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Analyst at GAINSCO since November 2016, Roxanne previously held the position of Claims Call Center Manager. Prior roles include Property Damage/Call Center Manager at Santa Fe Auto Insurance from January 2005 to January 2015, and Sr Operation Manager at Teleperformance, USA/Aegis from March 1991 to August 2004. Roxanne also served as Call Center Manager at Aegis Communication from April 1991 to November 2002. Educational background includes attendance at Willer Vo-tech from 1978 to 1979 and graduation from Worthington High School in 1978.
