Sara Fahsholtz

Sara Fahsholtz has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Complex Claims Manager at GAINSCO since June 2017, where responsibilities include providing tactical guidance and leading complex claims discussions. Previous roles at GAINSCO include Corporate Claims Supervisor, where leadership and talent development were key focuses, and High Exposure Adjuster, managing a diverse range of claims with significant exposure. Prior to GAINSCO, Sara worked as a Bodily Injury Examiner at GEICO, investigating and negotiating settlements in auto claims, and as a Property & Casualty Agent at 21st Century Insurance. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a concentration in Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
