Chris Brogdon

Chris Brogdon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris recently joined Gainsight as a Senior Solution Architect in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at XANT.ai for nine years, where they held various positions, including Senior Technical Consultant - Team Lead, Enterprise Implementation Consultant, Senior Product Specialist - Coach, and Senior Product Specialist - Team Lead. At XANT.ai, they developed performance tracking systems, created certification curriculums, conducted trainings, and managed teams. Chris also worked as an Agency Producer at Farmers Insurance, where they assisted families with their insurance needs. Chris gained experience as a Local Commercial Bank Analyst Intern at Citi and worked as a Research Analyst at Global Financial Advisors, analyzing company financials and conducting industry research. Chris began their career as a Member Service Rep at Utah Community Credit Union, providing account management services to members.

Chris Brogdon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2004 to 2012. Chris has also obtained various certifications, including the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight in October 2021 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in February 2019. Additionally, in 2013, they achieved the Certified InsideSales.com Sales Operations certification, as well as certifications in system administration from InsideSales.com, including System Administrator Level 1, System Administrator Level 1 for Salesforce, and System Administrator Level 2.
