Jason Hersh

Jason Hersh possesses extensive experience in solutions consulting and business development, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Solutions Consulting at Gainsight since November 2014, with progressive roles including Manager and Team Lead. Prior to Gainsight, Jason held the position of Sr. Enterprise Sales Engineer at Five9, where responsibilities included collaborating with sales teams and optimizing call center results. Jason also worked at Oracle as a Principal Solutions Consultant following its acquisition of RightNow Technologies, where contributions focused on customer experience strategy for major clients. Earlier roles include Director of Business Development & Sales Engineering at TuVox and Director of Business Development at NetByTel, complemented by a foundational role as Senior Business Systems Analyst at Office Depot. Jason holds a BA in Communications from Southern Methodist University.
