Joris Dieben

Joris Dieben is an experienced product leader currently serving as SVP Product & GM Gainsight Community (CC) and GM Gainsight Customer Experience (CE) and Product Experience (PX) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joris held various positions at inSided from January 2011 to December 2021, including Chief Product Officer and VP Product. Joris also gained entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Out There from January 2007 to December 2011 and worked as an Account Manager at A Fact Effective Communications in 2006-2007. Joris holds an MSc Cum Laude in Communication and Media Studies and a BSc in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from HBO Nederland.
