Ravinder Singh

Ravinder Singh serves as the Manager of Client Outcomes at Gainsight since July 2020, where leadership of the Client Outcomes team focuses on optimizing client engagement and satisfaction through strategic initiatives. Previously, Ravinder held roles such as Lead Customer Success Consultant, Senior Customer Success Consultant, and Solutions Engineer at Gainsight, driving improvements in client retention, service utilization, and overall customer experience through tailored solutions and training. Prior experience includes positions as Analyst, Associate Analyst, and Internship Trainee at InsideView Technologies, Inc., as well as a Roto Artist role at Prime Focus Technologies. Ravinder earned a Bachelor of Computer Application in Computer Science from Himachal Pradesh University and completed earlier education at the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.
