Taylor Johnston

Taylor Johnston is currently the Sr Director of Advisory Services at Gainsight, a leader in customer success and product experience software. Previously, Taylor held various significant roles, including VP of Customer Success at COMPLY and SalesLoft, and managed customer relationships at Spredfast and The Advisory Board Company. Taylor has consistently focused on driving customer success and retention across multiple industries, leveraging a strong background in relationship management and strategic planning. Taylor holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Georgetown University, obtained in 2017.
