Todd Alexis

Todd Alexis has a diverse work experience in the customer success and solutions engineering field. Todd currently works as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Gainsight since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Customer Success at Minitab from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they worked at Castellan Solutions, where they held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager from January 2019 to March 2021 and Solutions Engineer from May 2018 to January 2019. Todd also worked at Sungard Availability Services, where they held multiple roles, including Solutions Engineer from July 2017 to May 2018, Customer Success Manager from May 2016 to July 2017, and Senior Implementation Specialist from January 2013 to May 2016.

Todd Alexis has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Stockton University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Todd obtained the Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification from DRI International in October 2014. Recently, they achieved the following certifications: Gainsight End User Certification in December 2022, Product-Led Growth Micro-Certification (PLGC) in August 2022, Customer Success Leader Certified Professional in July 2022, Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional in June 2022, Customer Success Manager Certified Professional in June 2022, and Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) in June 2022.
