Mark Grzeszczak

Mark Grzeszczak is a seasoned professional in service delivery and project management with extensive experience in IT operations and client service. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Service Delivery at Gainwell Technologies since June 2021, Mark oversees client service operations and remote IT staff resources for CalSAWS. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr. Manager of IT Operations at Alluma from January 2018 to June 2021, where Mark led IT service delivery and data center operations. As an ITO Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology from April 1994 to December 2017, Mark managed a subcontracted service delivery team for Accenture, supporting 39 of 58 California counties. Earlier in career, Mark held the position of Project Manager for Business Automation at Avery Dennison, leading a team in implementing local area networks and messaging systems. Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security from Azusa Pacific University in 2014.
