Prashant Diggikar

Prashant Diggikar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Customer Service and Transformation at Gainwell Technologies since February 2022, Prashant previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Tech Mahindra from June 2006 to February 2022. Prashant began the career as a Maintenance Engineer at Videocon Appliances Limited Aurangabad from January 1995 to November 1999. Educationally, Prashant is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus, with an expected completion in December 2024, and is also enrolled in a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at the same university, starting in January 2025. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gulbarga University and a Diploma in Business Management from Tripura University, along with an ongoing Master of Engineering in Power Systems at Government College of Engineering Aurangabad.
