Yunita Rhapsody has over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of the Department of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at PT. GAJAH TUNGGAL, Tbk since May 2012, Yunita has also held roles such as Recruitment Manager, Manager of HR Policy & Compliance, and acted as Manager of Organization Development and Talent Management. Prior to this, Yunita worked as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search at BSS Recruitment Consultant from July 1999 to May 2012. Yunita holds a Magister Management degree in Strategic Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and a Bachelor's degree from Universitas Padjadjaran.
