Rosella Latuputty

Rosella Latuputty has been working in the Human Resources industry since 2007. Rosella began their career as an Internship as Temporary Secretary to General Manager at PT Elnusa, Tbk - Elnusa Bangkanai Energy Ltd. Rosella then moved to Black & Veatch, where they held the roles of Junior Secretary for Energy Division and Project Secretary for the PLN 10,000 MW Expansion Program. In 2011, they joined Boehringer Ingelheim as a Personal Assistant to Plant Director/Plant Administration Officer. In 2015, they worked as a PMO Coordinator for the ETRM Project ACE, Energy Portfolio Management at SSE plc. Rosella then moved to PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk, where they were a Sr. Executive Assistant to BOC & BOD. In 2017, they joined Sinarmas Mining as an HRGA Project Officer and HRGA Project Specialist. Rosella then worked as a People Operations Manager at Rukita and Human Resources Manager at Investment Management before their current role as Senior Human Resources Manager at GajiGesa, which they have held since 2022.

Rosella Latuputty obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Indonesia between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi dan Sekretari Tarakanita (STARKI) between 2004 and 2007.
