Scott Romberger has a diverse and extensive background in financial management and resource integration within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Financial Management/Budget Specialist at Galapagos Federal Systems, Scott provides support and advisory services to the Director of Space Force Test and Evaluation on Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.
