Hakan Gumus

Hakan Gumus serves as the Chairman of KÜLTÜREL MİRAS GAYRİMENKUL GELİŞTİRME AŞ. since January 2025, focusing on cultural heritage preservation, restoration of properties, and related construction projects. Additionally, Hakan holds the position of Board Member at Quvars Invest, managing real estate investment funds and developing projects. As a Board Member of Galatasaray SK and Chairman of Bosphorus Investments since March 2016, Hakan is actively engaged in the real estate sector. Hakan previously served as Vice President of GİSP, Turkey’s first real estate think tank, until March 2025, and held various roles including Board Member at Nef Global, permanent guest on NTV's "Sektör Emlak," Spokesperson at GABORAS Gayrimenkul Borsası, and Board Member at HAS-DBN JV. Hakan's educational background includes a degree from Middle East Technical University and Gazi Anatolian High School.
