Kishan Thakkar

Kishan Thakkar is currently the Vice President of Engineering at GalaxEye since May 2021. Previously, Kishan was the Team Head and Power Systems Head at Team Avishkar Hyperloop from April 2018 to July 2021. Kishan also worked as a Power System Engineer at Tata Steel Global Wires in India from December 2019 to January 2020 and as a Project Engineer at Dynamove from April 2018 to September 2018. Kishan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, graduating in 2021. Throughout Kishan's career, responsibilities included designing and assembling high voltage and power battery packs using li-ion or li-polymer cells, as well as developing a battery management system for the battery packs.
