Ethan Choukroun

Ethan Choukroun is a quantitative analyst with a diverse background in finance, education, and technology. Currently employed at Galaxy since June 2025, Ethan develops pricing infrastructure and quantitative models for crypto derivatives trading. Previously, at SeatGeek, Ethan focused on enhancing inventory acquisition and management strategies. A graduate student instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, Ethan taught introductory physics while managing lab sections for approximately 60 undergraduate students. In earlier roles at J.P. Morgan and SBM Offshore, Ethan contributed to quantitative research and data science projects, including designing machine learning models for predictive maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Operations Research - FinTech from UC Berkeley and a combined Bachelor/Master of Science in Electrical & Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers.
