Frank P. Falco

Frank P. Falco has extensive experience in compliance and operations within the financial industry. Frank P. is currently the Managing Director & Deputy CCO at Galaxy Digital since 2018. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Compliance and Operations at Jamison Capital Partners, LP, where they managed compliance and operations for a global macro hedge fund. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Futures Advisory Compliance at Morgan Stanley, providing futures compliance coverage for the Institutional Equities and Fixed Income Divisions. Before that, from 2007 to 2012, they worked as the Vice President of Regulatory Inquiries at Morgan Stanley, where they responded to regulatory inquiries from various organizations. Frank P. also has experience at Merrill Lynch, where from 2006 to 2007, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Global Regulatory Matters, responding to inquiries and conducting internal reviews.

Frank P. Falco completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University in 1999. Frank P.'sdegree included a dual concentration in Management Information Systems and Marketing. Frank P. further pursued their studies and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2005.
