Phillip Hoffman

Phillip Hoffman currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at GalaxyOne, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Phillip was the Chief Operating Officer at Fierce from July 2021 until its acquisition by Galaxy Digital in December 2024. Prior roles include Head of Technical Program Management at Gemini and Director of Program Management at CaaStle, where Phillip led the establishment and growth of successful program management teams. Phillip's career began in education with the founding of Hoffman Tutors, emphasizing mathematics and physics. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Arizona and excelled academically, graduating first in a class of over 400 at Homestead High School.
