Norman Chan

Norman Chan is the Senior Vice President at Galaxy Entertainment Group since April 2019, leading the Organization Design function to enhance GEG's strategic planning and support its expansion in Macau and internationally. Prior to this role, Norman held positions such as Managing Director and Global Head of Organisation Design & M&A at Standard Chartered Bank, where leadership focused on productivity improvements and strategic initiatives. Experience also includes serving as Director at Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia, managing large-scale transformations and human capital strategies. Previously, Norman worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and McKinsey & Company as a consultant in organizational development across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region. Academic credentials include a PhD and Master's degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
