Nicholas Chan

Nicholas Chan is an experienced transportation and operations manager with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Transportation Manager - Data Analysis at Galaxy Macau since December 2018, after previously holding the role of Assistant Manager - Data Analysis. Prior to this, Nicholas held various positions in Macau, including Operations Manager at Macau Roosevelt and Duty Manager at MGM MACAU. Nicholas started at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel as a Senior Analyst in Revenue Management, where responsibilities included casino room optimization and forecasting. Earlier roles also include Senior Guest Services Manager at JW Marriott Macau, Front Desk Manager at Galaxy Macau, and part-time receptionist at Pousada de Mong-Ha, among others. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the Institute for Tourism Studies, which was completed in 2010.
