Kaitlyn Francis

Kaitlyn Francis currently serves as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Galaxy Service Partners since October 2025. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Senior Associate at Aurora Capital Partners from February 2023 to September 2025 and worked as a Private Equity Associate at Veritas Capital between August 2021 and January 2023. Early in the career, Kaitlyn gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets from July 2019 to July 2021, following a role as Investment Banking Summer Analyst at the same firm in summer 2018 and an Investment Banking Winter Analyst at TD in January 2018. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Middlebury College, graduated in 2019, and completed secondary education at Neuchatel Junior College and Havergal College.
