Deepak Melwani has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Deepak started their career as a Warehouse Manager at Whirlpool of India Ltd., where they were responsible for logistics and inventory management. Deepak then worked as the Admin & Operations Manager at Twinkle Retail & Forex in the Philippines, overseeing the operations and profitability of a retail store and foreign exchange center. Deepak then founded JV Consultants, a leading executive search firm, where they managed the recruitment lifecycle and developed business opportunities with over 100 clients. Deepak then joined Vinfotech as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, leading the recruitment process and sourcing potential candidates. Currently, Deepak is the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Galaxy Weblinks Inc., where they develop talent acquisition strategies, manages multiple business units, and handles the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent. Throughout their career, Deepak has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, and developing holistic recruitment solutions.

Deepak Melwani pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1996 to 1999. Deepak also completed their Higher Secondary education in Business/Commerce, General from M.P Board, Bhopal in 1996.
